Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For personalized or custom-engraved products, production time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and quantity requested.

During peak periods, production times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, our team will notify you promptly.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 Business Days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over $150 AUD Australia-wide.

Exclusions may apply to oversized, bulk, or custom corporate orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Custom & Personalized Orders

As many of our products are custom-made and personalized, production must be completed before shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all engraving details, names, dates, logos, and artwork provided are accurate at the time of ordering.

Trophy Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

Trophy Studio cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
